Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The service has not started within 48 hours of full payment and no valid explanation was provided.
  • A duplicate payment was made unintentionally.

Ineligible Refunds

  • A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted.

How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your Order ID and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.

Processing Time

  • Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
