Service Start Time
At Ryuustrike, service delivery begins only after full payment is received and all required information has been provided, such as game login details, preferences, or scheduling confirmation.
Estimated Fulfilment Timeframe
- Boosting Services: 1–3 business days
- Pre-levelled Gaming Services: 1–5 business days
- Coaching Sessions: Scheduled within 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of player preferences
Coaching Session Utilization
- Coaching sessions must be used within 30 days from the date of payment.
- Unused sessions after 30 days are forfeited.
- Coaching is a one-off service; no refunds or rescheduling for expired sessions.
- Each coaching package includes a minimum of 1 hour of one-on-one coaching.
- Additional hours require separate payment.
- Session timing depends on coach availability; we aim to accommodate your preferred schedule.
Notes
- Delivery times may vary based on in-game factors, order volume, or special requests.
- All services are digital; no physical products are shipped.
- Customers will be informed of any scheduling changes or expected delays.
Delivery Method
Services are delivered through:
- Email confirmation
- In-game execution by our team
- Temporary account access (with your consent)
- Scheduled voice or video calls (for coaching)

You will receive timely updates via:
- Email notifications
- User dashboard (if applicable)
Delivery Delays
Ryuustrike is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incomplete or incorrect account details
- Game server maintenance or outages
- Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., internet issues, natural disasters, force majeure)
We will notify you promptly regarding any delays.
Service Completion
Upon completion of your service, you will receive confirmation via email or through your account dashboard.
